With a handcrafted look that takes its inspiration from Moto GP exhausts seen on the track,

British Customs’ GP Slip On Exhaust is a unique choice for your Triumph, providing an updated alternative to the typical classic style exhausts available for Triumphs while delivering real performance benefits.

The GP exhaust is the lightest British Customs stainless steel exhaust system, manufactured from lighter 20 gauge stainless steel (rather than 18 gauge used in our other exhausts) and updated internally with our new race core instead of the heavier, louvered cores used in the Predator Pro and Sleeper Pro Slip On Exhausts. The perforated baffle core is wrapped in stainless steel packing and allows for increased air flow, less weight, and a higher pitch performance exhaust sound.

Each segment of this stainless steel exhaust system is rolled, hand shaped, fitted, and brushed in Gardena CA, manufactured with care by our expert craftsmen who leave the welds exposed to preserve and feature the craftsmanship poured into it. Design features like rubber isolated exhaust hangers reduce engine vibration and bracket fatigue, and each exhaust is finished with a riveted stainless steel end cap making the exhaust serviceable if you send it back to us for repacking.

Features

  • One of the first & original "GP" designs for Triumph modern classic models
  • 100% Stainless Steel Construction
  • Light - weighs approximately 2.65 lbs per muffler
  • Bolt-on installation using factory mounting points
  • Perforated baffle core for higher engine flow, weight savings, and race sound
  • Rubber isolated exhaust hanger to reduce bracket fatigue and engine vibration.
  • Exposed TIG welds for a handcrafted look

NOTES: The GP Slip On Exhaust will not work with a center stand.

Liquid Cooled Bonneville T100/T120 prices are higher compared to other models due to 2x gaskets that are included for installation.

Hey there, we actually did a 15% price increase for BC-manufactured items recently as the pricing of materials from raw materials, welding supplies, finishers (brushing/polish/anodizing) & etc has increased with record hitting numbers. For reference, steel costs in the US were $440/ton in July 2020 which then doubled to $900/ton in December of the same year then up to $1,270/ton four months later.

We haven't done a price change in a very long time but with the massive increase in prices & keeping our products American made while supporting our team of 10, we had to make that really tough decision.

They look great but pretty terrible fitment on thruxton rs

Welds look great but the fitment leaves alot to be desired. The right hand side is all over my shock. Tried to torque it to clear and then tighten the clamp, but the cheap clamp would not get tight enough to hold it in place. Going to order some quality exhaust clamps and try again. Otherwise it's going back.

Sorry about the issue you are having with your Slip Ons!
Most slip and clearance issues can be resolved with minor tweaks and adjustments through the mid pipe onwards to the back.
A representative will be reaching out to you on this as well as to resolve this issue you are having with the band clamps.

So much better

These GP slip-on's have made a big difference to the sound and performance of my st9. It seems as if the bike has woken up a little bit. Maybe not too much of a performance increase but there's definitely something extra there. Stock exhaust was OK but the gp's are another level ,better in almost every way. I love the look and if you can afford the change do it already.

Wicked exhaust!

I’ve been running them for about a week now. I personally didn’t notice any difference in performance. They hit about the same as the stick exhaust on my thruxton rs…which is not a bad thing, unless you are looking for a performance boost.

The sound however…Damn! These pipes sound good!

They are deeper and just a tad louder. They have a kind of growl to them that is just wicked.

Also they are just a stunning pair of pipes to look at. The craftsmanship is mint, and they were a piece of cake to install.

If you’re looking for pipes that are aesthetically pleasing and sonically beautiful and distinctive. These are winners.

Note: I blacked mine out so disregard that aspect…just want to show that my testimonial is legit.
