1. Support the bike securely and let the brakes cool completely.
2. Remove the front wheel following your service manual.
3. Unbolt the stock rotor from the wheel and lift it off.
4. Clean the mounting face on the wheel so the new rotor seats flat.
5. Fit the Galfer rotor and hand start every bolt before tightening any of them.
6. Torque the rotor bolts to your service manual specification in a cross pattern.
7. Refit the wheel, torque the axle to spec, and pump the lever until it firms up.
8. Bed the pads in with a series of moderate stops before riding hard.

• Check your model: fits Bonneville T100 2017 and newer, T120 2016 and newer, Bobber and Bobber Black, Thruxton 1200, 1200 R and 1200 RS, Street Twin, Street Cup, Street Scrambler, Scrambler 900 2023 and newer, and Speedmaster 1200.
• Rotors are sold individually. If your bike has dual front discs, order two.
• Fit new pads at the same time. A new rotor bedding into worn pads gives up the bite you paid for.
• Run Galfer pads to keep the warranty. Galfer's 6 month rotor warranty holds only while Galfer pads are on the rotor, and the clock starts the day you buy it, not the day you fit it.
• You will need a torque wrench. Rotor bolts are a safety critical fastener and go to a specification, not to feel.
