The British Customs H-Pipe system for select Triumph liquid cooled modern classics will allow for the replacement of the factory installed CAT. A free flowing exhaust plus the weight savings puts more power at the wheel that you will instantly feel.

FEATURES:

  • Retains front & mid OEM heat shields
  • Crafted from 304 Stainless Steel, initially mandrel bent, cut then TIG welded
  • Handmade in Gardena, California
  • Offers more growl and power while reducing heat and weight

Note: Some 2021+ Scrambler 1200 models are now equipped with the catalytic converter inside of the slip-on exhaust instead of the headers (also known as EURO-5 models).

Please verify this before purchasing if you have a 2021 model Scrambler 1200 by checking for the emissions label placed on the slip-on exhaust. If you do have this, switching the slip ons alone will do the job.

Check out our Slash Cut Shotgun Exhausts which works with the newer 21+ models.

Sound is great! Install took about 2 hours but I enjoy wrenching so found it fun (make sure you have t-55 bit. Had to take quick run to parts store). I'd say weight savings and power increase are noticeable. Only issue is that exhaust spits out a little black smoke which I believe means it might be running a little rich. I found this strange since I followed the recommended process of leaving the engine running until cooling fan turned on before riding, which I was told allows the ECU to learn of airflow changes and adjust itself. Would be great to hear from someone from BC about this! Even if remap is needed I'd still say it's the best product I've installed on my t-120.

Very nice product

I can’t personally say that I’ve noticed much or at all in performance but I can say it makes the bike a little louder along with sounding better and that’s what I really wanted it for anyway. No issues with the product and it looks nice. On a side note British Customs always ship their products out very quickly. That’s a plus.

Install was straight forward.

Sound.

At idle is way better.

Poking around and deccel is not as good. I suspect it has to do with no cat causing pressure. The old sound was like a jungle cat. I am not 100% unhappy about it as the overall rest is fine. (how much are you decceling?)

At throttle. SOUNDS GREAT!

Performance. Hard to tell. Butt dyno is not calibrated. But feels more lively, on tap when I throttle up.

Aesthetics. Well. It was not shown prior that you would NOT be using the front of the two black heatshields. For some this may drive you not to get it. I would have like to known. (its not ugly but not original looking) I bought it on the British Customs reputation and slightly lower price. I feel they have delivered.

Just fitted this along with Predator Pro's. The weight saving is massive and I'm sure I can feel it but maybe I'm imagining it. It is a pain in the behind to install but that is down to Triumph, so there isn't much you can do about it. It makes the bike run much cooler. Well worth the money, time and effort.
