Note: This part requires a tune for your bike. For more information about tuning, please see our tuning guide.
This Exhaust System delivers a classic look with its dual pipe design, where two separate pipes run from each cylinder, amplifying the engine's performance while providing a balanced exhaust output. The straight pipe design, paired with a stainless-steel 304 construction, offers both rust-resistant durability and an aggressive sound that resonates with a deeper, more robust tone compared to stock exhausts. This design not only boosts the exhaust flow but also enhances the bike’s throttle response and potential horsepower gains.
For those looking to upgrade their ride, the 2-2 Drag Pipe Exhaust integrates a louvered baffle core wrapped in stainless steel wool throughout the pipe instead of hollow pipes, giving you high-performance results with a refined exhaust note. Some models even include removable baffles, allowing for sound customization to suit your preference. The system’s brushed finish complements the unique styling of the Triumph Bonneville, adding an attractive, custom vibe that sets your motorcycle apart.
Installation is straightforward, typically requiring minimal modifications, though some adjustments may be needed depending on the model. Once installed, the exhaust system follows the lines of your bike, offering a sleek and hollow design that hugs the body, creating a high-performance look and feel.
This exhaust system ensures durability, style, and a significant boost in engine performance with its stainless-steel headers. Designed to fit a wide range of Triumph models, the 2-2 Drag Pipe Exhaust offers riders the chance to amplify their ride’s performance and sound, all while maintaining a liquid-cooled, efficient system.
Be aware that the drag pipe design might be louder than stock exhausts, and legal noise restrictions vary by location. Shop now to give your motorcycle the performance, sound, and aesthetic it deserves with the 2-2 Drag Pipe Exhaust from British Customs.

How to Install Drag Pipe Full System for Triumph Street Twin, Street Cup & Speed Twin 900
The bike has a presence now without being obnoxiously loud. It not just louder but there is more bass frequency to the sound (I am an Audio Engineer). The shop that did the install said that they couldn't believe BC makes a pipe this good. They were in disbelief at the quality and they compared the sound and quality to that of a Harley (haha). I should have taken pics of the pipes BEFORE wrapping them (other wrapped them for the look, btw). I also had the engine flashed with a custom map (from DNK TuneWorks) so that may also be a contributing factor to how well the bike runs (not sure as I didn't test ride the bike with the new pipes before flashing it). But apparently this is NOT required as BC already tuned the pipes to have the correct back pressure, etc...
These pipes not only look incredible, but they shave noticeable weight from the bike. I listened to videos of these pipes to discern what they were going to sound like, and the videos don’t remotely do justice to how much more robust the bike sounds now! In addition to having a more guttural and throaty sound to the overall quality (as well as being louder without being obnoxious), the back pressure pops are unrivaled. I was a bit skeptical before buying these, but they have completely exceeded my expectations in every possible way! Thanks, British Customs for making a high quality product. I should also mention that their customer service is top-notch…I reached out to ask a couple questions prior to purchasing, and everyone I spoke to was patient, knowledgeable and great to deal with.
