This X-Pipe + Mid-Pipe Kit is for the newer Euro 5 T100 and T120's (2022+). This kit replaces the factory catalytic converter and it's welded mid-pipes with our own purpose built X-Pipe and clamped mid-pipes.
The Bonneville parallel twin has a distinctive exhaust character, a low, even thrum that comes from two cylinders merging. The factory mid-pipe assembly places the catalytic converter at that merge point, absorbing the exhaust pulses that define the sound. Replacing the factory assembly with our purpose-built X-Pipe opens the exhaust path at the point where the parallel twin character is formed.
This kit replaces the complete factory assembly with mandrel-bent 304 stainless pipes, removing 4.1 lbs from the center of the bike and opening the exhaust for riders who want to bring out the full sound and feel of the classic parallel twin.

- Fitment Note: 2022 and newer T100 and T120 models (Euro 5) have the catalytic converter welded directly into the factory mid-pipe assembly. This kit replaces the entire welded assembly as a complete bolt-on unit. Pre-2022 models have a clamped catalytic converter; and do not require the additional mid-pipes included in this kit.
Installation Guide
Estimated Install Time: 3-4 hours
Skill Level: Advanced mechanical experience required. Familiarity with exhaust removal recommended.
Tools Required: Standard metric socket set, torque wrench, exhaust clamps (included)
Installation Steps:
- Allow the engine to cool completely before beginning work
- Remove the stock mid-pipe and catalytic converter assembly from factory mounting points
- Mount the BC X-pipe at the header merge point
- Connect mid pipes to the X-pipe and to the existing slip-on mounting points
- Tighten all stainless clamps to factory mounting positions
- Start the engine and inspect all connection points for exhaust leaks
Installation Notes: No cutting or permanent modification required. Installs on existing factory mounting points. An ECU remap is not required to install but is strongly recommended to optimize fueling and recover low-end performance after removing the cat.
