Triumph's history at the Isle of Man TT runs deeper than most marques. Before the Bonneville carried that name, Triumph engines were already winning on 37 miles of closed public roads in the Irish Sea. The bikes that ran there became the foundation for everything the Bonneville stands for: characterful, light, and built with a reason behind every decision.

That is what we named this exhaust after.

The Bonneville T100 and T120 carry that lineage. The stock exhaust does not. Factory mufflers on the modern Bonneville are engineered for compliance, not character. They are quiet by design and heavy for what they are. The natural voice of the parallel twin, the exhaust note that defined the original Bonneville, is muted at the factory. The Builder Series TT is the correction.

The Two-Stage Core uses two baffles at two different diameters to control exhaust flow in sequence, preserving the low-to-mid-range torque the Bonneville is built around. The Dimpled Baffle shapes a deep, classic exhaust note that brings out the natural voice of the twin. At 2.4 pounds per silencer, replacing stock mufflers at 8 to 10 pounds per side makes the Bonneville feel like the bike it was always supposed to be.

The name is not borrowed. The Bonneville earned it decades ago. This exhaust brings that history forward.

• Dimpled Baffle — Delivers a deep, classic exhaust note that brings out the twin-cylinder voice of the Bonneville platform. The Builder Series TT is a loud exhaust by design and is not compatible with dB Killers. For a quieter option that is still mid-range tuned, the Predator Pro 2.0 uses a Louvre Core and is dB Killer compatible.
• Two-Stage Core — Maintains low-to-mid-range torque by controlling exhaust flow in two stages. The Bonneville's relaxed riding character depends on smooth, responsive power delivery. The Two-Stage Core is exclusive to the Builder Series TT and is the reason dB Killers are not compatible with this design.
• Significant Weight Savings — Each silencer weighs 2.4 pounds, replacing stock mufflers at 8 to 10 pounds per side. The Bonneville feels more connected through turns and at low speed. Physics, not marketing.
• 20-Gauge 304 Stainless Steel — Corrosion-resistant and rated for sustained heat cycling. Brushed finish requires no polishing and develops character over time.
• Exposed Weld Aesthetic — Visible, unfinished welds give the TT a raw, vintage look that complements the Bonneville's classic lines. It looks like the rider built it, not like it came out of a box. A purposeful departure from highly polished aftermarket options.

Installation Notes: Fitment is identical for both the T100 and T120. The Builder Series TT uses the stock header outlet and OEM mounting points. No modification to the frame, headers, or catalytic converter is required. The install is fully reversible.
