Fitting Instructions
1. Fit the grommets to the screen - this is best achieved from the back of the screen blade.
2. Underneath the instrument mounting bracket, there are four screw holding the bracket to the top yoke. Using a 5mm Allen key, undo the rightmost pair of these. Be patient - they’re fiddly and difficult to get to because of the cabling.
3. Insert the right hand screen mounting bracket underneath the instrument bracket, place one of the aluminium bushes on the innermost hole and feed on of the M5 x 30mm screws throught bracket and bush, into the top yoke. Loosely secure using a 3mm Allent key, then do the same for the outermost hole. Once both are in position, you can tighten the screws fully, being careful not to overtighten as they’re only 3mm heads.
4. Repeat operation for left hand side.
5. With both brackets fixed, hold the screen blade in position and loosely fit the bottom two hexagon head machine screws with their washers, ensuring that they engage in the captive nuts on the brackets. Do not tighten these yet.
6. Fit the top two machine screws. Once everything is in position, gradually tighten all the screws evenly until they are seated on the brackets.
7. Double check that everything is sufficiently tight and if so, fitting is now complete!
