Triumph Speed Twin 1200 & Thruxton 1200 2-1 Low GP Carbon Full System
If you ride a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 or Thruxton 1200 (R/RS), you know the stock exhaust leaves a lot on the table—muted sound, extra weight, and a look that doesn’t quite do the bike’s lines justice. The 2-1 Low GP Carbon Full System is designed for riders who demand more: more torque, more character, and a deeper connection to the road.
Born from Thruxton Cup racing, this system was hammered out on the track, shaped by real feedback from riders who live for the next apex. The left-side exit isn’t just a nod to classic British race bikes—it exposes the chain and sprocket, giving your Triumph a raw, purposeful stance. Under the engine, a crossover pipe optimizes flow, while the California-built 2-1 merge collector and CNC-machined header bungs ensure a precise fit and optimal performance. The spring-secured midpipe and tail section move with the bike, eliminating rattles and letting you feel every pulse of the engine.
The numbers matter: you drop nearly 29 pounds compared to stock, instantly sharpening handling and making the bike feel lighter on its feet. The sound? Deep, authentic, and unmistakably British—no more tinny or muted notes. Installation is straightforward, with integrated O2 sensor ports and a design that fits seamlessly.
This is the Triumph 2-1 Full System for Speed Twin 1200 and Thruxton R/RS riders who want their bike to sound, feel, and perform as sharp as it looks.

This pipe changed my bike from one I liked to one that I love. It is much cooler without the hot pipe against my leg and is more comfortable having my leg tucked closer to the bike. I love the way it looks, sounds, and performs. Beautiful work and perfect fit!
What an absolute looker! The amount of minute details that goes into this, as simple as the spacers for the clutch cable, really speaks to the thoughtfulness of this exhaust. Thank you BC for your craft and expertise. I must have shaved off 20 lbs with this system. I pair mine with a DNK tune and it's flawless now. My bike got so much character and brings me pure joy.
I bought this mostly to drop the hot scrambler exhaust down low. It is still high enough to do some light off-road duty, but the low exhaust now makes every street ride far more enjoyable. Trust me, in Dallas summers I don't need any extra heat! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mid pipe was bent slightly out of round, making the can impossible to mate with it. I am somewhat handy and had a socket just small enough to fit inside it and with a large screwdriver, I was able to roll it around enough to re-acquire the round shape. As far as construction and power gains, I'd give it 6 stars if I could!
