Sale price$599.95

The Builder Series TT is a bolt on slip on exhaust for the Triumph Thruxton 1200 R, Thruxton 1200 RS, and Speed Twin 1200, built in 20 gauge 304 stainless with a Two Stage Core that holds mid range torque and a Dimpled Baffle that shapes a deep note from the 1200cc twin. One exhaust, three fitments, no tune needed.

This is a loud exhaust by design and it does not accept a dB Killer. If you want a quieter setup, we recommend the Predator Pro, which takes an optional dB Killer.

One Exhaust, Three of Triumph's Most Capable Modern Classics

Since 1907 the Isle of Man TT has run on closed public roads in the Irish Sea. Thirty seven miles. Stone walls, a mountain section, and no runoff. What came out of that race was a precise understanding of what performance actually requires: light weight, responsive power through every RPM range, and a sound that tells you the engine is working.

The Thruxton 1200 R, the Thruxton 1200 RS, and the Speed Twin 1200 are among the most capable machines in Triumph's modern classic lineup. The stock exhaust does not reflect that. Factory mufflers are heavy and quiet, and they hold back the 1200cc twin in exactly the RPM range where these bikes are most alive. The factory had its reasons. You have yours.

The Two Stage Core runs two baffles at two different diameters to control flow in sequence, holding backpressure through the low and mid range where these bikes live. The Dimpled Baffle brings out the natural voice of the engine. At 2.4 pounds per silencer against 8 to 10 pounds of stock muffler per side, all three bikes sharpen through corners immediately.

The TT is loud. That is the design, not a side effect, and it does not accept a dB Killer. If quiet matters more to you than volume, look at the Predator Pro instead, which takes an optional dB Killer.
