Where are you located?

We are located in Gardena, CA about 10 miles south of Los Angeles International Airport. We do not have a showroom but we can accept walk-in by appointment.

How can I contact British Customs?

There are three ways to contact British Customs. You can email us, submit a ticket via web portal, or call us. Our customer service reps are available Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm PST.

Do you do custom build commissions?

Most of the builds that you see on our website or in social media are built as part of our R&D process, or they are customer builds. We do not do custom builds for order. We are happy to recommend a custom shop near you if one is available. Please contact us for more details. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?
We will ship to any region that FedEx or USPS will deliver to; this includes Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and many other destinations. Enter your information at checkout to check if your location qualifies and to get a quote. If you are ordering multiple items and need a custom quote, please contact us.

Please note: International shipping quotes do not include taxes, duties, or any other customs fees. For accurate information on these costs, please contact your local authorities.

When will my order ship?

It typically takes 1-2 business days to ship IN-STOCK orders. As a rule, British Customs stocks all items listed online. In rare instances, we may offer special order items for sale on the site. These may require additional handling time. This will be noted on the product page. 

Update: Dynojet will no longer ship products to California under any circumstances. Any orders including a Dynojet product will be shipped directly from a Dynojet warehouse. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one shipment.

Only part of my order shipped, what about the rest?

In rare instances, we may split your order into multiple shipments if one or more items is unable to by shipped right away. We will contact you prior to doing so. You may also request this in certain circumstances. Each shipment will have its own unique tracking code.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Certain products, such as tires, electrical items, and special orders do not apply. For full details, view our full Return Policy.  

What if my order was lost or damaged during shipping?

British Customs is not responsible for loss or damage to product while in transit. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you in filling a claim with the shipper. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than we would would like.
