  • How can I contact British Customs?

There are three ways to contact us:

Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST. 

  • Do you have instructions for part installation?

We created install guides to help you work on your bike and install the parts that you need. Our install guides only require common tools that are listed in the beginning, and provide you with step by step instructions created from the knowledge we’ve gathered from fitting our parts to our bikes ourselves. We do recommend watching or skimming through the video you’re using before you begin working on your bike in order to make sure you have everything you need, and to get a good sense of what to expect in the coming steps. Nobody likes having to stop working on a bike midway because of a missing part or tool. If you are missing any parts or have any questions about our install guides, please contact us and one of our specialists will help you right away. 


  • Do you do custom build commissions?

Most of the builds you see on our website or social media are part of our own R&D process builds or are bikes built by featured customers. We do not do custom builds for order. 

If you’re looking for a custom motorcycle shop to get work done on your bike, we are happy to recommend a custom shop near you if there are any available. 


  • Do you ship outside of the USA?

We ship products to any region that FedEx or USPS will deliver to. This includes Canada, Mexico, the UK, all countries in the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and many other regions. 

At checkout, you can enter your information to see if your location can be shipped to and get a shipping quote. If you are ordering multiple items and need a custom quote, please contact us.

Please note: International shipping quotes do not include taxes, duties, or other customs fees. For accurate information on these costs, please contact your local authorities.

  • When will my order ship?

It typically takes 1-2 business days to ship IN-STOCK orders. As a rule, British Customs stocks all items listed online. In rare instances, we may offer special order items for sale on the site. These may require additional handling time. The product page will note any extra handling time. 

Update: Dynojet will no longer ship products to California under any circumstances. If you ordered a Dynojet product, it will ship directly from a Dynojet warehouse. If you ordered multiple items in addition to a Dynojet product, you may receive more than one shipment.

  • Only part of my order shipped; what about the rest?

In rare instances, we may split your order into multiple shipments if one or more items cannot be shipped right away. We will contact you before doing so. You may also request this in certain circumstances. Each shipment will have a unique tracking code.


  • What is your return policy?

We allow returns on unopened, unused items within 60 days of delivery. This does not apply to certain products, such as tires, electrical items, and special orders. 

  • What if my order was lost or damaged during shipping?

British Customs is not responsible for loss or damage to the product while in transit. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you in filing a claim with the shipper. We only ask that customers be patient, as this process can sometimes take longer than we would like.
