The British Customs Clutch Lifter Arm Finisher upgrade gets the job done with style -- adding a bit of form to a feature that was developed more for function. Designed to match the contours of the clutch cover, the upgrade includes an attractive billet cover that securely fits over the stamped stock lifter arm. A rubber boot is provided to dress and protect the clutch cable end. Together, they look terrific and protect both the lifter and cable from dust and road grime. It's a complete kit that installs in minutes, with all necessary hardware included. The cover is made from billet aluminum finished in a polished (chrome-like) finish. The boot is black rubber.

The headlight features a clear lens with electrical components that illuminate the road sufficiently.

Required Bracket:

The British Customs 5 3/4" Headlight Bracket is required for proper installation along with the removal of the stock headlight ear brackets. Wires will need to be relocated/wired from the headlight bucket into the inner portion of the head tube & under the backbone of the bike.

Carved from blocks of 6061 Aluminum, the British Customs Four Bolt Handlebar Clamps are an anodized upgrade to the control center of your Triumph Modern Classic. Engineered to make the four-bolt radius bar-mount design stand apart from the crowd, the BC Handlebar Clamps come with all of the necessary stainless-steel hardware to make this an easy upgrade.

FITMENT NOTES

Triumph Motorcycles are usually equipped with either 7/8 Inch (22mm) or 1 Inch (25mm) handlebars. Some models will features a tapered or "fatbar" style that is 1 1/8 Inch at center but tapers to a 7/8 Inch where the controls are mounted. Use this guide to determine what size handlebars came on your Triumph Modern Classic and what options you have for customization.

Here's what's included in the kit:

Biltwell Ape Handlebar: The handlebar is made from seamless 4130 chromoly with a 0.120" (3mm) wall and bent using CNC mandrels. You can choose between a black electroplate or mirror chrome finish.
Throttle Cables: You'll receive both push and pull throttle cables that match the factory cables, with black vinyl housing and fittings for a uniform black look. Plus, the cables are 8 inches longer than stock.
Clutch Cable: The kit includes an extended clutch cable with black vinyl housing and fittings to match the throttle cables.
Brake Line: To ensure your safety and reliability, we've included an extended DOT-certified brake line made from extruded PTFE core and stainless steel wire braided cover.
Wiring Extension: You don't need to worry about extending the cables Rerouting the wiring out of the headlight will provide the necessary wiring to fit the Biltwell Ape Handlebars.

Exhaust Insulating Wrap withstands continuous heat up to 2000 °F, and contains no asbestos. Thermo-Tec exhaust wrap will not over-insulate a system when properly installed due to a proprietary coating developed by Thermo-Tec - Thermal Conduction Technology (TCT) - that conducts heat across the wrap's surface. This coating controls heat build-up and dissipation. Exhaust wrap is 2" x 50' in length.
