Builder Series TT Slip-On Exhaust for Triumph Thruxton 900 (2004-2016)

Sale price$599.95

The Builder Series TT is a bolt on slip on exhaust for the Triumph Thruxton 900, 2004 to 2016, built in 20 gauge 304 stainless with a Two Stage Core that holds mid range torque and a Dimpled Baffle that shapes a deep classic British twin note. Fitment verified, 2.4 pounds per silencer, and it needs a dealer tune update to the 2-2 Arrow Map.

This is a loud exhaust by design and it does not accept a dB Killer. If you want a quieter setup, we recommend the Predator Pro, which takes an optional dB Killer.

The Thruxton 900 Exhaust the Café Racer Should Have Shipped With

Since 1907 the Isle of Man TT has been the defining test of what a café racer can do. The bikes that ran there were stripped, tuned, and sent down 37 miles of public road with stone walls at arm's length. Speed was the point. Character was the result.

The Thruxton 900 is one of the most honest café racers Triumph has made. Its stock exhaust is quiet, and it mutes the deep raw tone the 900cc twin can produce. Not a design flaw. A design choice. The Builder Series TT makes a different one.

The Two Stage Core runs two baffles at two different diameters to control flow in sequence, so mid range torque survives corners, city traffic, and rolling throttle. The Dimpled Baffle shapes a note the stock mufflers were never built to make. At 2.4 pounds per silencer, a bike built to be light gets lighter.

The TT is loud. That is the design, not a side effect, and it does not accept a dB Killer. If quiet matters more to you than volume, look at the Predator Pro instead, which takes an optional dB Killer.
