DESCRIPTION

If you are looking for the most dramatic improvements to performance in the low to mid range used in everyday riding, the 2-1 full system exhausts will give it to you, and they’ll look and sound better too.

To orchestrate the perfect engine balance for a 2-1 design (which naturally require careful thought to ensure air is not over-restricted), each header is mandrel bent for optimum air flow, and the connecting point of the two pipes are joined with a handcrafted true merge collector to allow for plenty of air to pass through and produce more power. 

We make our Full System exhausts in-house and deliberately in small batches to allow for continuous improvement to our designs through customer feedback.
Our 2-1 exhausts have also been tested on the track for over a decade, resulting in time tested products that have been optimized over many iterations for better riding experiences.

Materials we select are chosen for the best in function, durability, and performance. Our skilled team of craftsmen roll and fabricate every 2-1 exhaust by hand from .065 304 stainless steel tubing, making them light, but durable and weather resistant, able to withstand realistic wear from real adventures.

  • Handmade in the USA: 100% 304 Stainless Steel cut, TIG welded, and hand finished 
  • Sound: Perforated race core baffle with 2-1 design offers a unique-raw tone
  • Left side exit: Tail pipe positioned on the left side of the bike to showcase driveline (especially an upgraded driveline)

    Best upgrade ever.

    I just installed this on my 2022 Street Twin. Had them remove the cat. I was astonished by the change. The bike sounds incredible and the responsiveness is amazing. When the other review said it’s like a whole new bike they weren’t kidding! This is a must buy for this model.

    Wow!!!!!!!

    Holy sh#t!!! Just had this installed on my 2022 Street Twin Ec1. Totally, I mean Totally changed the dynamics is a great way! The throttle response, the way it picks up speed, my God, it's a Totally different bike!! I would recommend highly if you're looking for an exhaust upgrade, get this one, hands down!! There is a video on YouTube that a girl put this on her street twin and the loud grumble is best heard through this video. Put it to you this way, when you are riding, people are turning to look to see where that loud roar IA coming from. Lol

    Simple bolt on and ready to roll.

    It’s a whole new bike. The sounds is amazing and the performance is incredible.

    If you own a Thruxton R you need this exhaust setup. The video doesn’t give the sound justice!

    Great look and AWESOME sound !

    Just installed the British Customs 2-1 GP low pipes on my 2022 T-100. If your OEM mid pipes are welded onto the CAT as mine were, their removal is quite tedious, but doable. Once that’s done , the BC 2-1 GP low pipes installation is a breeze ! The kit is typical British Customs, superbly engineered with regards to fit and finish . Offers very appealing aesthetics , and a very very nice deep, aggressive sound vs peashooters. Increased throttle response immediately noted, and haven’t seen the need for remapping ECU yet. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and install.

    Better than expected!

    History:

    Purchased a used 2016 T120, it came with Vance & Hines peashooters and an X-pipe. The bike was running way to rich, decel popping all the time. The air cleaner was OEM paper and sort of melted and fused together. When 10,000 miles rolled around no service light came on, so combined with the black residue in the tail pipe lead me to believe someone messed with the ECU. Tried a plug made matters worse, tried non blended gas 89 octane which helped some.

    Today:

    I have made the following changes, K&N air filter (pulled the snorkel for good measure), this complete system and a DNK tune. Removing the OEM pipes and the aftermarket x-pipe was a real pain. In my opinion, skip the x-pipe go with this complete system. Installation really was really easy but without instructions where to start go with the chain side header pipe and work it out from there. Just snug up the header nuts until finished with the muffler.

    The Vance & Hines mufflers had the baffles were removed by prior owner. It was loud, tinny and cheap sounding a bit embarrassing. This GP system fixed the sound, now a mellow deep exhaust note is emitted at idle up to about 2500 RPM. After that the mellow sounds are replaced by a screaming "let's get it done" attitude. It perfect, either by design or accident, who cares?

    The DNK tune fixed almost all of the decel popping and added more power which is surprising considering the V & H decat combo which was removed.

Our engineers specifically designed these pipes for a nice low drone but when cracked open, it screams like a race car (instead of an air compressor) so we definitely appreciate the feedback on that part too. Post a video here when you got a chance, would love to see/hear the setup !
