The “Back to Basics” Bonneville was one of the first builds ever completed by British Customs. It was the R&D mule for many of the parts we sell today and featured prominently in all our early advertising photoshoots. Fifteen years later, we revisited the bike that put us on the map and rebuilt it from the ground up, being the "Back to Basics Reborn".
The bike was stripped down to completely and the frame was sent off to powder coating. Race gray of course. Then we set about clean the CR carbs and cleaning up the wiring of the bike. Being the tinkering types that we are, we couldn't help ourselves and added a couple of new elements. The vintage Thunderbird head lamp with integrated Motogadget ChronoClassic for instance or the Rear Hoop Kit supplied by our partners at Cognito Moto which started the foundation of the new build.
