Reseller Terms

Submitting the British Customs BC Reseller application is the first step in being able to offer your customers Premium Bolt On Parts and Accessories from British Customs. Submitting this information to British Customs indicates that you agree to British Customs’s business policies and brand guidelines.

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
All BC Resellers will employ their best efforts to market British Customs products in an ethical manner and comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations in any way pertaining to or regulating the sale or marketing of British Customs branded products.

INTERNET SALES
To protect our authorized Dealers, British Customs strictly forbids any selling of its products on the Internet. This includes company websites, online marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Alibaba, etc). British Customs authorized Dealers are forbidden to use British Customs's part numbers or non-approved product images on any company websites without express written consent from British Customs. 

PRICE PROTECTION
British Customs may offer lower prices on various items on a promotional or permanent basis. Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer price protection on past orders if these changes occur.

MANUFACTURER ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (MAP)
British Customs has established and maintains a Manufacturer Advertised Price policy for all products. This policy has been established for the following reasons:

1. To protect reseller margins so that pre and post-sale services and infrastructure can be provided;
2. Support brand image by, among other things, avoiding its use as a loss leader;
3. To ensure appropriate price levels to facilitate technology development and new product introductions.
4. This policy establishes a minimum pricing level on our products, outlines the penalties for violations, outlines the scope of the policy and outlines specifics of the product distribution system.

TERM AND TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to all BC Resellers. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by British Customs without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Price Protection, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 

WARRANTIES
British Customs provides a limited one year warranty on British Customs products purchased directly from British Customs. British custom warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required to certify warranty.
