We accept qualifying returns or exchanges within 30 days from the ship date of your order. To begin your return, please contact British Customs Customer Service here:
Items not returned in their original packaging or items that show signs of use will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. If an item is in unsellable condition, your return may be rejected. All returns are subject to approval once received by British Customs.
Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)
Some made-to-order or special order goods are exempt from the standard Return Policy. Wheels, tires, shocks, chemicals, speedometers, tachometers, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your order and exchange for another item, please list the item(s) you want to exchange for the returned item in the message to our customer service team.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation via email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sales items are eligible for return unless otherwise marked or excluded. Any refunds granted will be for the purchase price. Final Sale items are not eligible for return in any circumstance.
We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.
Our Shipping team fulfills orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship the following day at the earliest. If you choose an expedited shipping method, please contact our customer service team to notify us. We will do our best to process the order as quickly as possible.

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped FedEx, however we do utilize USPS as well.
From time to time, British Customs may offer Free Shipping on orders over $199 that have a U.S. shipping destination. International destinations, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping promotions. Orders will ship via Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. Rates for these expedited options are calculated by the carrier and displayed at checkout.
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
