As British Customs has grown as a company we’re always finding ways to keep pushing the boundaries and expand the capabilities of the parts we make. After years of testing and refining the design of the original Predator Exhaust since its release in 2004, we wanted to create a fresh new version of it that was not only lighter and increased performance but also introduced carbon fiber into the predator exhaust line.

At first glance the Predator Carbon definitely has an updated and modern look, but there’s more to its upgraded design than what meets the eye. Built with lightweight 20 gauge instead of 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and swapping out the Louvered Baffle Core for our higher flowing and lighter perforated Race Baffle Core, it is the lightest slip-on exhaust we’ve created yet. At the tip the carbon fiber end cap makes it fully serviceable and gives the exhaust a unique look while offering even more savings in weight.

Durable and corrosion resistant, this exhaust is available in 3.5” and 4” sizes with your choice of a polished or brushed finish. From time to time we also release limited runs of our Special Edition black color. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on special edition releases.

  • Rolled by hand from 20 gauge 304 Stainless Steel
  • TIG welded then finished in brush or mirror polish
  • Carbon Fiber End Cap design
  • Perforated Race Core baffle
  • Lightest exhaust in our offering - 4lbs below the stock exhaust, per side on a stock Speed Twin

They Sound Great

The 3.5” British Customs’ Carbon Predator mufflers sound great on my ‘23 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 with their nicely machined and easy-to-fit dB Killers installed. Not too loud. Not to mild. Just right…!

Very good pipes

I put these on my 2022 Triumph Bonneville. These have a much better sound to them than stock pipes. My Bonneville is a euro spec 5 bike which means the catalytic converter is welded into the system. I didn’t want to buy a new header so I kept it in. With the catalytic converter in the bike, it’s not too loud, but still has great tone. I also bought the optional decibel killer baffles for the pipe after running the bike without them for a couple of weeks. The baffles don’t really lower the sound very much, but I noticed in the lower RPMs the bike seems to run better with them installed.

Another plus is that they are shorter than the stock pipes and you don’t have to remove a muffler to take off the rear wheel.

Another great feature is the weight savings. Something like 9 pounds it takes off the total weight of the bike and I can live with that. This is a good product I recommend it.
