Lost or Damaged Package

Has the shipping carrier lost or damaged your package? The 1st step is to file a claim with the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS). If the product arrived damaged, do not attempt to install the items. Keep all shipping boxes and email us photos of both the boxes and the damage to the product itself. 

We will work with you to file a claim on your behalf. Once the shipping company approves the claim, we will set you up with a replacement order to get you back on the road as soon as possible!

FEDEX LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE CLAIMS

FedEx claims for undelivered or lost shipments must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. You will need your tracking number to submit a claim online. You can file a claim and include supporting documentation online.
