How to find your Motorcycle on the British Customs website
A common hurdle to beginning your customization journey is finding the right parts for your bike. Triumph has release a wide variety of models over the last twenty years. For purposes of streamlining manufacturing, many models share core components, such as the frame, engine, subframe, etc. However, models that may share an engine, may have differences that prevent cross-fitment of aftermarket parts. It is easy to become confused.
To confront this challenge, and make the customization journey accessible for riders that are not seeking a doctorate in Triumph-ology, the British Customs website is broken down into categories based product fitment. (see chart below)
In recent years, Triumph released the third generation of "Modern Classics." This latest generation features Triumph liquid cooled engines. Previously model families were updated with the new engines and updated frames. This resulted in entirely new categories on the BC website.
