The Biltwell Tracker 1 inch Handlebar is an excellent choice for riders looking for a "Street Tracker" bar. The Tracker handlebar features a moderate bend, lower than your OEM bars that puts the rider in a slightly aggressive riding position. These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 chromoly tubes. Re-routing control cables or longer cables may be necessary for installation.

I should have heeded the other reviewer

Nice shape bars but I had the same problems: No clamp grips and scratches very easily. I was careful when fitting because of the other reviewer's comments but still managed to scratch them just by touching the clamp. BC should look at powder coating these.

Recently tried out these bars for the fun of it and overall they are a great bar. They offer a more aggressive riding position which i found had me speeding more than normal. Not necessarily a bad thing... Only down side is that the paint seems fairly easy to scratch. The bars also didn't have the knurled section for the clamps as shown in the picture.
