If you are looking for the most dramatic improvements to performance in the low to mid range used in everyday riding, the 2-1 full system exhausts will give it to you, and they’ll look and sound better too.

As the name suggests, 2-1 systems bring the left and right headers together into one tailpipe. Joining the pipes creates an optimal “scavenging” effect between the engine cylinders’ intake and exhaust valve cycles, resulting in upgraded overall performance, out-doing both stock and 2-2 systems in the low to mid range powerband.

100% TIG welded and constructed with slip fit and spring joined sections, the 2-1 systems offer a handcrafted, custom look that emphasize expert craftsmanship and quality.

When compared to slip-on exhausts, 2-1s produce a louder, growling exhaust tone that amplifies a timeless parallel twin sound.

Full System exhausts replace the entire factory system from the headers to the tailpipe, so they require a more in-depth process to put on. But we’ve thought every step through for you and carefully designed them to be as compatible with the original Triumph design as possible. 

We use the same mounting points that already exist on a factory Triumph, and we made header flanges and barrels that replicate factory design to ensure a precise fit to the engine. As with all of our products, the Full Systems are “bolt-on” and made to require only common tools and no additional modifications to the bike. 

A consideration when installing these Full Systems is tuning, as all Full System exhausts will radically transform how your bike will run and will require a retune for best performance. Check out our Tuning Guide for more information about this. 

Combining the cumulative 50 years of motorcycle engineering and racing wisdom on our team, we made specific design decisions for every step of creating our 2-1s to optimize performance benefits and keep weight down.

To orchestrate the perfect engine balance for a 2-1 design (which naturally require careful thought to ensure air is not over-restricted), each header is mandrel bent for optimum air flow, and the connecting point of the two pipes are joined with a handcrafted true merge collector to allow for plenty of air to pass through and produce more power. 

The 2-1 Full Systems exclusively use our Performance Series tail pipes, featuring our lightest and highest flowing perforated baffles. In addition to the lightness achieved by streamlining the system into one pipe, further weight savings are achieved with a thinner gauge stainless steel tubing construction. 

The result is an efficient exhaust system that completely transforms the performance of the parallel twin engine. 

We make our Full System exhausts in-house and deliberately in small batches to allow for continuous improvement to our designs through customer feedback.
Our 2-1 exhausts have also been tested on the track for over a decade, resulting in time tested products that have been optimized over many iterations for better riding experiences.

Materials we select are chosen for the best in function, durability, and performance. Our skilled team of craftsmen roll and fabricate every 2-1 exhaust by hand from .065 304 stainless steel tubing, making them light, but durable and weather resistant, able to withstand realistic wear from real adventures.

Each state has its own emissions and inspection requirements.  In California, this is managed by the Air Resources Board (CARB for short).  CARB has determined that certain aftermarket motorcycle parts are not legal for sale or highway use in the state of California. It’s a whole new bike. The sounds is amazing and the performance is incredible.

If you own a Thruxton R you need this exhaust setup. The video doesn’t give the sound justice!

Great look and AWESOME sound !

Just installed the British Customs 2-1 GP low pipes on my 2022 T-100. If your OEM mid pipes are welded onto the CAT as mine were, their removal is quite tedious, but doable. Once that’s done , the BC 2-1 GP low pipes installation is a breeze ! The kit is typical British Customs, superbly engineered with regards to fit and finish . Offers very appealing aesthetics , and a very very nice deep, aggressive sound vs peashooters. Increased throttle response immediately noted, and haven’t seen the need for remapping ECU yet. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and install.

I chose the 2:1 mainly to free up the space on the right side to simplify chain maintenance. However, after installing, I heard the deep throaty growl and fell even more in love with my T100. Additional bonus is that this has the same effect as an x-pipe rolled in. The engineering and metal work are top notch. I get plenty of compliments on the custom look of this exhaust. The headers patina to a nice semi brass look much like the color around the welds at the end of the pipe. Adds character to the look of the bike.
