The 2-1 Low Pipes are now available with sweeping bend headers for a vintage look that will patina well over time. Handcrafted out of 100% stainless steel and TIG welded then brushed for a custom, raw appearance. A track ready system engineered to get you off the line and down the back straight, ahead of the pack. The right side of your bike is completely exposed: the alternator case, sprocket cover, and driveline deliver form via function while the right side header crosses over to the left to merge into a 2-1 collector with three piece in total. The brushed stainless system will develop a lustrous pattern over time, creating a raw performance look.

Note: Removal of O2 sensors required on EFI models. This performance upgrade requires tuning of your motorcycle. Not compatible with a centerstand.

Q: Do I have to retune my bike after installing this system?
A: A remap will be required and typically, the 2-1 Arrow MAP is a good starting point; we recommend getting this installed through your local dealer

Q: Is is normal for the system to slightly change color with time and use?
A: Yes, the brushed Stainless Steel (304) will develop a nice raw look over time; almost like selvedge denim!

Are you able to process an exchange?
If you wish to return your order and exchange for another item, please Send us a message or call +1 (877) 999-BRIT prior to sending the item back to us. Once the item is received you will be contacted by our customer service department to identify the item you wish to purchase instead. No re-stocking fee will apply if the item is unused in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
 
What about returns on sale items?
Sale items are eligible for our standard return policy (see above) unless marked as Final Sale. Final Sale is typically applied to "scratch and dent" items that are heavily discounted due to their condition.
 
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your confirmation email will act as a receipt for your order. This will include your order number. Your order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. If no record of sale is available we will not being able to offer a refund.
 
What if I purchased a British Customs part through another seller?
If you purchased your product from a British Customs Authorized Dealer or through a marketplace such as Amazon or Ebay, you will need to return the product to the seller you purchased it from.
 
Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. Items marked as Final Sale, Special Orders, gift certificates or gift cards, tools or chemicals that have been opened or the seal is broken, any electronic component that has been removed from the packaging or the manufacturer seal has been broken are non-returnable. All Wheels and Tires are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% and cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is outside of the return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

British Customs is not responsible for damage to product while in transit. However, we want you to get the product you ordered and will assist in resolving an unfortunate circumstance to the best of our ability. To enable us to help you, please let us know as soon as possible if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than British Customs would like.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  

In Stock Items will ship same or next business day.  The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.  

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped FedEx, however we do utilize USPS as well. 

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
